Today, March 7, marks the International Day of Remembrance for Fallen Police Officers, initiated by INTERPOL. We join law enforcement partners around the world in honoring and remembering our brave officers who made the ultimate sacrifice.

As night falls, we Light Up Blue. This deep and steadfast blue light is not only a symbol of law enforcement, but also a tribute that transcends borders. As time zones shift, police agencies across the globe take turns illuminating this light, symbolizing unity and cooperation among law enforcement, and paying the highest respect to those heroes who gave their lives in the pursuit of justice.

Looking back on officers who lost their lives in the line of duty, they faced danger with courage and fulfilled their mission until their very last moment. On this meaningful day, let us remember them together. Their sacrifice must never be forgotten.
